EXPERIMENTAL TYPOGRAPHY

what this typography actually is.

As kids, we have all had our struggles. Some might have found it difficult to make friends, a few may have faced bullying of various sorts, and some of us just couldn't fit in. For me, it was compulsive eating. As a kid, I had always been conscious of my surroundings, except for what I was putting in my mouth. I had always dreamt of having the perfect abs or not wanting my stomach rolls to be shown in my white tees. I have selected bread as the typeface, as this represents the item I almost paired with everything I ate. I indulged in sandwiches for almost half my life (in secrecy).

Till date, I've struggled with my diet. Every time my mind craves for something, I go through the dilemma of indulging for the moment and going through guilt later, or staying strong to maintain the physique I've worked hard to achieve.

In grade 6, I wanted to get fit.

It was also around the same time that I started indulging in peanut butter sandwiches. I thought I was doing everything correctly, from my nutrition to my workout to being disciplined in every part of my life. Of course, I did not leave PB sandwiches out of the equation. That’s when I made a mental trade-off from being a foodie to being someone who is conscious.

This journey really tested my willpower and helped me build my shape.
